It is possible to upload diagnostic images like x-rays, ultrasound, photographs and videos related to the case.
Professional opinion shall not be given in case of incomplete, insufficient or poor quality material.
A written response shall usually be given within 48 hours Monday thru Friday.
The report represent my personal opinion based on the information and the diagnostic material provided and shall not be intended as a diagnosis, a prognosis or a warranty for further use of the horse.      
The examining veterinarian cannot be held liable for any loss or damage as a result of inaccuracies or shortcomings in his preparation of this report.
Parties other than the client shall not be entitled to derive any rights to compensation arising from what is stated in this report.

Report produced as well as material uploaded by the client will be retained for a period of 90 days then will be deleted permanently.

The purpose of the service is to provide useful elements to better understand the current clinical situation of the horse under investigation.
The opinion expressed in the report of this diagnostic test (radiographic/ultrasound) reflects my personal opinion and should not be considered a form of guarantee or a prognosis for the future use of the horse.
The report does not aim to represent a complete description of the diagnostic images provided but to highlight the clinically significant radiographic/ultrasound signs and to insert them, if possible, in a general scale of significance.
1) the reporting veterinarian cannot be held liable for any loss or damage attributable to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the writing of this report unless it is established that such loss or damage is due to willful or negligent action on the part of the reporting veterinarian.
2) Only the client who commissioned the examination has the exclusive right to bring any action regarding a professional liability of the veterinarian reporting the X-ray examination.
3) Third parties with respect to the customer will have no right to request legal action for compensation for damages deriving from the exam reporting.
4) The professional liability of the veterinarian in writing the report is limited and in no case can it exceed the coverage provided by the professional liability policy of the professional. A copy of the policy is available to the customer upon request.
5) the provisions contained in this declaration also apply if the customer fails to sign this consent form or refuses to accept the written report of the diagnostic test performed.
6) Italian legislation is exclusively applicable in the event of a legal action regarding the reporting carried out.
The owner accepts that regardless of the European state or region in which the examination was been carried out, the jurisdiction lies with the court of Bergamo, Italy as the registered office of the veterinarian who performed the examination. In court the case will be held in Italian.
NB: The written report cannot be issued for low-quality images.
